Alain cultivates 75 hectares with his two sons. He has been a pioneer in integrated pest management and continues to experiment with gentle crop protection methods: clay applied to trees, sexual confusion (using pheromones against insect pests), etc.

As well as Baume des Anges English Mint, he grows cherries, apricots, kiwis, pears for baby food, grapes for wine, durum wheat, oleic sunflower, lemon balm and blackcurrant leaves.

All of his production is certified GlobalGap.
