Together Ghyslaine and Vincent cultivate eight hectares, including one for vegetable gardening. They are very aware of the impact of their practices: all their production is outdoors and they ban the use of plastic mulch.

Their production: forty different vegetables, small spelt, wheat, green shiso, tarragon and lemon basil, all certified organic.

You can find their seasonal vegetables, sunflower oil and chilli powder at the Puy-Saint-Martin market on Mondays and La Touche market on Thursdays.
